Product Return Terms & Conditions
- Please provide an unboxing video of the package, along with a photo of the receipt and purchase label for validation.
- Returns are only applicable if the customer receives:
- The wrong product, or
- A defect product caused by a production issue.
- Returned products must be in brand-new condition (unused and unwashed).
- The original price tag/label must still be attached to the product.
- Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, ImokeyPeople may exchange it with a similar item or proceed with a refund.
- Shipping costs for product exchanges due to IMOKEY’s fault will be covered by IMOKEY.
- For product exchanges caused by customer order mistakes, we will accept exchanges with shipping costs borne by the customer.
- IMOKEY is not responsible for product damage caused by the customer.
- All return requests must be made within a maximum of 3 days after the product is received.
