Product Return Terms & Conditions

  1. Please provide an unboxing video of the package, along with a photo of the receipt and purchase label for validation.
  2. Returns are only applicable if the customer receives:
    • The wrong product, or
    • A defect product caused by a production issue.
  3. Returned products must be in brand-new condition (unused and unwashed).
  4. The original price tag/label must still be attached to the product.
  5. Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, ImokeyPeople may exchange it with a similar item or proceed with a refund.
  6. Shipping costs for product exchanges due to IMOKEY’s fault will be covered by IMOKEY.
  7. For product exchanges caused by customer order mistakes, we will accept exchanges with shipping costs borne by the customer.
  8. IMOKEY is not responsible for product damage caused by the customer.
  9. All return requests must be made within a maximum of 3 days after the product is received.
